Our client, a leading company in Longford, is seeking to recruit a HR Administrator on an initial six month contract. Primary Function/Goals/Objectives. To provide administration support to the site in the areas of H.R. administration, general administration, project support and reception cover. Promote positive employee relations. Major Responsibilities. Participate in and support HR related and site projects. General day to day administration and system support. Provide support to new hire and orientation process. Provide accurate, relevant monthly, quarterly, annual reports and metrics as required. Support the recruitment process for contingent workers. Provide relief cover for reception to include booking of employee travel as required. Support employee engagement initiatives. Promote positive employee relations. Management of on and off site events. Support the philosophy of open communication and teamwork. Maintain ETMS TO DO List. Conduct business in a manner that will protect human health, safety and the environment by complying with all applicable EHS laws. Supervisory / Management Responsibility. Works independently. Education. The following level of education provides a necessary foundation for this Job function: Minimum education of Leaving Certificate or equivalent and/or secretarial/business studies course. 3 months related experience in a H.R /administration role is desirable but not essential.
