My client, an established family run business, based in Co. Longford are seeking a Customer Service / Sales Advisor to join the team in their Sales Office on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with an excellent reputation within their industry. Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound and outbound calls. Ensure all KPI's are achieved on a daily/weekly/monhly basis. Call new business to establish and develop relationships with the aim of converting them into customers. Ensure all procedures are correctly maintained within the specified time scales. Complete customer queries and requests in a timely manner. To maintain and update records on the system accurately. Provide administrative support when needed. Requirements: Previous expereince in a customer service role is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team. Professional phone manner. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
