Job Description. Finesse Medical Ltd is a Medical Device Manufacturing Company located in Longford. We currently have a vacancy for an Electrician/ Automation Engineer. Reporting to the Director of Engineering the successful candidate will: Provide Electrical & Technical support to Production Processes. Be involved in integrating Equipment & Automation Projects to improve efficiencies. Provide Technical expertise/support in all aspects of General Plant & Facilities from an Electrical Maintenance perspective. Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment. Competence with wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation procedures/manuals. Able to provide expertise/support for plc programming and associated instrumentation would be an advantage. Knowledge of Air Handling Systems / Air Conditioning would be an advantage. Must be able to work in a Team Environment. Have good Communication skills. Qualifications. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Electrician to Fetac Level 6. May suit recently certified / qualified Electrician keen to be involved in diverse Medical Device ManufacturingEnvironment. Manufacturing/Industrial experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. Additional Information.
