THE ROLE: Reporting to Quality Manager, you will be responsible for: * Managing the CAPA system in line with corporate standards including ensuring timely closure. * Compiling metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. * Creating and revising quality procedures and forms. * Managing the Non-Conforming Report (NCR) system in line with corporate standards. * Establishment or review of records established through NCR's, Deviations, CAPA's and customer complaints processes. * Performing audits (internal audits and supplier. * Provide QA support to Procurement process, when assessing and qualifying vendors. * Support Laboratory activities. REQUIREMENTS: * Level 8 degree in a Science or Engineering discipline. * Excellent working knowledge of Quality system Requirements. * Knowledge and experience of dealing with regulatory authorities desirable. * 3- 5 years of experience working in the Quality Department of a Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Company. *Laboratory experience is an advantage. * An understanding of SAP is an advantage.
