Exciting new opportunity for a Product QA Team Lead with 5 years' experience for our Longford based client. Our client serves the Irish market with a diverse range of health care products. The PQA Team Lead will work closely with Site and Global PQA management to achieve global and site-specific goals. This is a permanent fuill time role. THE ROLE: * Provide oversight of the site PQA Team and work closely with GPQA and site management. * Organise workload and set priorities for the site PQA team. * Provide and present monthly and ad hoc metrics. * Support Internal and External Audits and audit requests act as SME. * Initiate Customer Communications including Field Actions. * Support Vigilance Reporting (MDI/MDR) and Competent Authority Requests. * Perform Risk Evaluation, Customer Communication and FA. * Support the execution of Quality Holds, work closely with QAGCO. * Approve Complaint Evaluations, Trend Reports, Risk Evaluations, FA, QTC's. * Develop PQA team members and provide performance reviews. REQUIREMENTS: * You will have a Third Level qualification or equivalent education in science or relevant quality discipline. * 5 years of experience in the support of technical operations, development, testing, manufacturing or quality areas preferably in a regulated environment. * Previous experience in a Managing / Team lead role is an advantage. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint. * Good communication/team and interpersonal skills are essential for the position. * Strong attention to detail. * The ability to work co-operatively and effectively with others to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of employees.
