Manufacturing Operator - Longford

Our client, a leading company in Longford, is seeking Manufacturing Operators. Candidates must be flexible across all shift patterns as there are a variety of different shift patterns onsite. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all duties assigned by Team/Testing/Unit/Shift Leader/Manufacturing Manager. Carry out operations in the manufacturing, service centre and warehouse areas including: Filling. Packing. Kit packing/labelling. Service center (e.g. autoclaving, steaming filters. Computer applications. Complete and comply with all documentation as required in the process. Adhere to all Good Manufacturing requirements. Ensure that all duties etc. are carried out in a safe manner. Ensure that activities are completed within budgeted guidelines e.g. waste levels, per plan requirements. Adhere to all relevant Operating Procedures. Complete all activities in a safe manner ensuring that any potential safety issues and areas of improvement are highlighted to Manager. Ensure environmental procedures e.g. recycling, waste minimization are adhered to and improvements are made where possible. Carry out operations in the BRO Solution prep manufacturing area including. Solution Formulation. Tank Mixing. Requirements: Minimum Leaving Certificate. Good interpersonal skills essential. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
