The Fire Safety Officer post is based in the IPS Headquarters in Longford. The Fire Safety Officer reports to the Head of the Health and Safety Compliance Office and provides technical guidance, advice and support on all Fire Safety matters, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and the implementation of Fire Safety policies within the IPS.
