Looking for an experienced receptionist for a temporary role with a leading  company in Longford town. Key responsibilities: Coordinate day to day front office operations which include: reception, phones, mail, administrative support, projects, photocopying/fax services, meeting coordination, etc. Ensure quality customer service to clients, visitors and staff. Provide administrative support including but are not limited to: Preparing reports, coordinating meetings, collecting data, etc. Coordinate building access and security badges. Generate adhoc reporting and tracking systems. Key requirements: Previous receptionist experience in a corporate environment. Demonstrated ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook with proficiency. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be detail-oriented and  organized. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding environment.
