A Manufacturing Engineering Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment to work with a Longford based Medical Device company on a permanent basis. THE ROLE: * Responsible for the provision of an effective manufacturing engineering function. * supervision of manufacturing and facilities technicians/engineers. * Ensuring compliance with all applicable EHS laws, as well at the Company Global and Technical standards. * Responsible for development of manufacturing automation solutions. * Manage the calibration dept and ensure compliance to quality system. REQUIREMENTS: * Third level qualification in Engineering or related discipline. * 5+ Years' experience in an engineering environment. * Substantial experience in a management role. * Excellent communication skills (written and oral. * Strong influencing skills.
