HR Operations Manager. Sanderson is partnering with its healthcare and wellbeing client located in Longford to recruit an HR Operations Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the CEO, you will to take up a key position on the Senior Management Team within a highly rewarding, successful and growing community service provider. You will operate in a hands on way with responsibility for a small team of 2 as well as all aspects of HR and people services delivery. Responsibilities. As member of the Senior Management Team attend SMT meetings and report and advise the Team on all HR people priorities. Preparation of monthly management information reports for the Senior Management Team. Management of the Staff Recruitment process, developing Job Specifications, Advertisements, shortlisting candidates and organising interviews, notification of candidates, securing Garda Vetting, references and all documentation required for compliance with HIQA standards. Manage the overall induction process for staff and liaise with training department and local managers to ensure adequate training is provided to new starters. Manage the HR Software systems for the enhanced operation of the HR department and the overall Human Resources function within the Organisation. Maintaining staff records and personnel files in accordance with policy and legal requirements. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance with relevant legislation. Act as the registered Authorised Signatory with the Garda Vetting Unit with overall responsibility for the Vetting Process. Manage and coordinate Student and Volunteer Work Placements. Keep up to date with Employment Legislation and ensure that the Organisation is compliant. Manage the Payroll function. Manage and administer the Staff Pension Scheme(s. Oversee the Administration and co-ordination of Training Programmes. Develop HR policies, in conjunction with the Policy Officer, and monitor the implementation of same. Advise Management and Staff on Terms and Conditions, including pay, leave entitlements, etc. Provide Staff costings as requested as requested by Management/HSE. Work in an advisory role with Senior Management/Persons in Charge/Unit Heads in relation to Staff issues, e.g. Disciplinary matters, managing attendance, etc. Maintain appropriate records and systems to ensure appropriate management information is available and to hand. Ensure compliance with all legislation and Data Protection legislation. Monitor and report on staff absences. Skills and Experience. Have an appropriate qualification in Human Resource Management at degree level and/or relevant practical experience in a similar role. Have an in-depth knowledge of Employment Legislation, together with experience in Industrial Relations. Have Strong IT Skills, including Word, Excel and Email. 10 years plus HR Experience.
